Dominic Sanchez
Dominic Sanchez is currently a Senior Manager of Federal Affairs at Grubhub, where he leads the development, strategy, and advocacy of Grubhub’s federal anti-hunger legislative priorities. Before joining Grubhub, Dominic served as Agriculture and Nutrition Legislative Assistant to United States Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Dominic advised Senator Gillibrand on issues related to her work as a member of the United States Senate Agriculture Committee and Chair of the Livestock and Dairy Subcommittee, including agriculture, nutrition, food safety, dairy, and trade. Prior to his position in Senator Gillibrand’s office, Dominic previously served on the staff of United States Senator Chris Van Hollen. Through his work on Capitol Hill and the private sector, Dominic has crafted and helped pass legislation that has expanded and improved our nation’s federal feeding and school nutrition programs such as SNAP, WIC, and the National School Lunch Program. Dominic graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies.
